Stationary/brand guidelines

You will get visual identity guides for creating marketing collateral which you can personalise and send to printers or media. We are producing a guidebook that will articulate our story, giving Market Centres and Associates the language they need to use to come across as more personal and human.

How to guides

We will work with our subscribers to create and curate multiple guides per year on marketing. These guides will cover 8x8, 33 Touch, 12 Direct, social media, video, digital marketing, public relations, content marketing, and event management, etc. We speak to the experts and distil their knowledge into easy-to-use guides at three levels: primary, intermediary and expert. Our subscribers help us decide future topics for our deep-dive research.

Social Media

Dedicated to you, your brand and KW campaigns, you will receive personalised collateral to share on the major social media platforms.

8x8

Every established connection you already have (people you know or have met) will go into your 8 x 8 program. 8 x 8 is a systematic method of establishing what you and your business can offer those you already know to some extent. These individuals will receive meaningful contact from you every week for eight weeks in the form of letters, cards, emails, and phone calls. This process aims to establish you as the number one real estate agent in the mind of your contacts. Without this, you cannot expect to be the person they call when considering moving into the market. We provide you with all the 8x8 marketing collateral that you need.

33 Touch

Building on the 8 x 8 model, you will make at least 33 systematic communications over the calendar year. Research conducted for MREA has proven that 33 is the minimum amount of touches you need to be making to cement yourself as the number one real estate contact in the mind of your prospective clients. The frequency will lead to familiarity, which in turn leads to favouritism. When a prospect considers selling their property, who will they contact – The faceless real estate conglomerate they saw that one ad for on a bus stop? Or you, the personable, genuine businessperson who cares enough to make meaningful contact with them regularly? We provide you with all the 8x8 marketing collateral that you need.

12 Direct

12 Direct stands for the 12 direct mail pieces you should be systematically mailing out annually to the unacquainted leads you currently have. With no prior connection or communication, it would not be appropriate to funnel these leads straight into your 8 x 8 and 33 Touch programmes. This does not make these leads redundant. They are, in fact, extremely valuable, given you have the right approach. In the same time it takes to craft a deeply personalised message for each of your ‘Met’ contacts, you can produce one encompassing message that is applicable and attractive to thousands of leads in your ‘Haven’t Met’ database. We will craft these messages and design them for you.

Receive content to increase your page and quality rank. Gain advice and assets to maximise your paid digital media. Increase your SEO effectiveness and audit your website and content for optimisation.

Advertising packages

After maximising your media (website content, sale boards, merchandise, door drops, emails), shared media (social media) and earned media (public relations), there is a role for paid media aka advertising. We have negotiated advertising rates in print, broadcast and digital that are only available to large corporations. As a KWUK Associate and Propel Jet subscriber, you get the content for campaigns, advertising rates, and the opportunity to participate in our national print and broadcast advertising campaigns; some pro bono and some amplified by your investment. We will coordinate all content and bookings.

Public relations (PR)

Press Relationships are the highest return on investment marketing activity. You can secure a leading voice in your community with just one message, secure independent advocacy from trusted media, reach thousands of people, and improve the return from all other activity. We will give you relevant hyper-local and national content which we will distribute to your local media outlets twice monthly.

Direct mail / canvassing

After PR, targeted direct mail is the most effective form of reaching your audience. This approach applies to people not on the market looking to switch, and people who will likely come to the market in the next 6-12 months. Our propensity models will predict who they are with extraordinary accuracy. Use this channel but don’t waste your money on people who are not going to move. Our technology is ready to create hundreds of handwritten letters based on a sample of your handwriting.

Local Newsletter - Coming Soon

Having a website and local newsletter is a crucial part of your 33 Touch and 12 Direct programmes. This newsletter will often be four issues per year to reflect seasonality. We will give you relevant hyper-local and national content to include in your website and newsletter, as well as drafting content options for your personal messages. The newsletter will be built in a drag and drop system which pulls in your properties automatically and distributes them through Nurture and on Social Media, in addition to a print option.

Local thought leadership - Coming Soon

The highest form of content is thought leadership after transactional and brand content. Content will be local and national, with draft content options for your expert thoughts.

Photography, floorplan and EPC

We have negotiated national rates for professional photography, floorplan, EPC. Video tours and 3D Dolls Houses are also available.
