Interview with Jamie Hutton

This week, Jamie Brind and I had the pleasure of meeting up with Jamie Hutton who has built a very impressive Lettings business, more or less from a standing start. Jamie has also kindly agreed to a short video interview with me so that we can share how he has achieved his phenomenal success.

Interestingly, despite arranging 35 lets so far this year – well on his way to his goal of 60, Jamie estimates that Lettings forms about 40% of his total business. Sales remains a vital service that his business provides.

Jamie loves the chase, the thrill of agreeing a deal and lead generation is never far from his thoughts.

When we met him he was concerned that he’d been so busy with trying to beat the stamp duty deadline for his customers that he’d neglected his lead generation activity. You know with Jamie – and those with a similar mindset, that he will put that right immediately!
