1979 – Gary Keller graduates from Baylor University with a degree in marketing and real estate. He moves to Austin, Texas, joins the largest real estate agency and is named runner-up for Rookie of the Year.
Regional MCA – Regional Market Centre Administrator. Collaborates with Regional Leadership team to implement MCA training. Partners with the RD to implement and drive the Growth Initiative and Career Growth Initiative. Interviews MCA candidates. Assists Market Centres that have an MCA vacancy or absence. Guides new MCAs. Provides support to MCAs. Monitors and supports launching Market Centres.
