History of Keller Williams

2008 – Heart to Heart 2 initiatives, a $1M gift program, is unveiled to provide agent productivity, office profitability tools and training to deal with the shifted market. Gary Keller and his writing team publish Your First Home and SHIFT. KW passes RE/MAX to become the third-largest estate agency in the United States. The KW Commercial division is established.


Master Licensee/ROP – The Master Licensee/Regional Operating Principal (ROP) implements KW systems, models, and tools in their region. They identify operating practices for the region, set the region’s financial standards, and hold the Regional Director accountable. Additionally, they award sub-licence agreements to owners.
